ByteRoute is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to shorten URLs, manage and track links, create bio pages, generate QR codes, and access analytics and related digital tools. Certain features are available under paid subscription plans.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use ByteRoute for:

• phishing, scams, fraud, or deceptive practices.
• malware, harmful redirects, or illegal content.
• activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• You are solely responsible for all links, content, and destinations created using your account.
• ByteRoute reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules

4. Accounts and Payments

• Paid plans may be billed monthly, yearly, or as one-time lifetime plans.
• Fees are non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by law.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
• ByteRoute does not store or process payment credentials directly.

5. Suspension and Termination

ByteRoute may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion if it determines that the account has violated these Terms or poses a risk to the platform, users, or partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

ByteRoute is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
